I'm on a soapbox today! The talent shortage is the fault of the very industry proclaiming that it exists! Like the young man that proclaims there are no girls to date when he sits in a sea of young women, security departments are setting themselves up for disappointment with the hiring standards they put in place. They need to remember that entry level MEANS entry level. No certifications and no experience.
